Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Our marketing team are market leaders within business and landlord insurance. We invest strongly within our marketing and data engineering space and we’re now looking at areas outside of our typical search performance to grow our market share.

We’re looking for someone who has a marketing / business impact mindset with strong technical analytical skills to turn data into insights. You will partner with marketers across the team to dig into strategic questions and your insights will help drive the prioritisation and outcomes of the team's efforts.

Reporting to William (Head of Acquisition), you’ll find yourself in a collaborative team, setting objectives together to get to the overarching objective of the marketing team. Inclusive and collaborative.

As our Data Analyst within our Marketing team, you’ll:

  • deliver high quality analysis and insight to support our marketing team
  • evolve our data pipeline, reporting, monitoring
  • support forecasting and planning
  • understand the marketing funnel, performance benchmarks and helping the team identify over/underperforming areas
  • collaborate with data engineering


We’re looking for someone who is:

  • experienced in data & analytics, and marketing
  • experienced in designing and creating SQL data models (dbt experience a plus)
  • understanding of Digital Marketing analytics tools (Looker / Looker Studio, Google Analytics, SA360, Meta, Salesforce etc)
