Data Analyst - Commercial  - #187047

We are looking for an ambitious data analyst to join our commercial team, with a particular focus on our B2B business. You will work closely with a global team that is focused on growing partnerships and delivering value for our partners each and every day.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, reporting, forecasting support models, and commercial analytics tools to provide visibility into partner and market performance.
• Support the integration and maintenance of internal and external data sources, ensuring reporting and insights are accurate, reliable, and actionable.
• Support partner business cases through analysis, financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Develop and maintain recurring partner performance reports and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the commercial budgeting and rolling revenue forecasting process through data analysis and reporting.
• Automate reporting processes and improve analytics workflows to enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain strong data quality, consistency, and governance across B2B reporting and analytics tools.
• Prepare recurring performance insights and materials for internal stakeholders and partner reviews.
• Work closely with commercial stakeholders to monitor performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and support optimisation initiatives.
• Continuously improve reporting structures and analytical processes to reduce manual work and improve team efficiency.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in analytics, BI, data engineering, or commercial analytics roles.
• Strong SQL, BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI), and data modelling experience.
• Proven experience building, delivering, and maintaining dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting frameworks. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and technically strong, with a high ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working closely with commercial stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-market environment.
• Experience in a tech company and/or travel-related would be advantageous but not essential.
