- Import, cleanse, validate, and analyse data from various environments
- Draw insights, conclusions, and actionable recommendations from data sets
- Create clear, concise management-level presentations using charts, graphs, and tables
- Focus on improving data quality and consistency across systems
- Collaborate with departments and management to identify trends, correlations, and patterns
- Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to junior analysts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and data management tools
- Ability to produce insightful reports and presentations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
