As part of our Managed Intelligence Provider journey, you'll guide our partners through the noise; helping them adopt AI with real purpose, unlock new revenue streams, and fundamentally change how they operate. You won't be following someone else's roadmap. You'll be building one. And because the technology never stands still, neither will you; learning, experimenting, and shaping what AI looks like across the channel.

• What you’ll be doing
  

You’ll play a central role in helping partners understand, adopt, and monetise Data & AI capabilities:

Deliver engaging Data & AI masterclasses, bootcamps, and workshops that inspire action

Guide partners in shaping their Data & AI strategies and identifying high-value use cases

Present at industry and channel events, positioning Pax8 as a thought leader in AI

️ Collaborate on developing scalable frameworks, architectures, and enablement content

Create impactful learning content that empowers partners to build and deliver AI solutions

Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive innovation and outcomes

Support transformation programmes that move partners toward intelligent, automation-led business models

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who blends technical understanding with the ability to inspire and educate:

• Proven experience in Data, AI, cloud, or automation within a consulting or advisory environment

• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical insights

• Demonstrated experience delivering workshops, training, or enablement sessions

• Substantial familiarity with Microsoft Data & AI technologies or similar platforms

• Excellent communication and presentation skills across varied audiences

• A curious, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for emerging technologies

• Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively

• A collaborative approach with strong problem-solving and adaptability

£65,000 – £75,000 base salary

Background checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
