Job Title: Data Administrator

Contract: 3 Month (Temporary)

Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in Hemel Hempstead Office

Hours: 35

Reports to: Director, Partner Account Management


We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Administrator to support a high-priority uplift in work for the business. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of partner data across the UK and Ireland.

Are you an organised and pro-active individual who will can work autonomously on this project to improve and cleanse our content partner database. Your attention to detail, ability to work with excel and interact with the wider team will be essential for this role.


What You’ll Do


  • Review and verify data for 180+ partners, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Migrate and input data into internal systems with a high level of precision.
  • Cross-check geolocation and address details for all stores in the system.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies by liaising directly with clients.
  • Perform regular data input and validation using Excel and other tools.
  • Provide weekly updates on progress and data reviewed.


What We’re Looking For


  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data checking.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data entry and verification.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for client follow-ups.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to attend the office 2 days per week.
