Are you an excellent communicator? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and managing multiple projects and hitting deadlines?

Do you have experience in a product, buying, merchandising or administrative role or experience of working with product samples, product data or range management processes?

If so, we’re looking for a Product Assistant to join our Dare2b team on a fixed term basis for 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and launch of our seasonal product ranges while building your knowledge of product management and buying.

You’ll work closely with our category managers, helping to keep product information, samples, pricing and launch activity organised and on track, while gradually taking ownership of a smaller product areas such as accessories and equipment.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role Is

  • Maintaining accurate product information, range documents, sample trackers and shared team files.
  • Supporting the management and tracking of product samples, including launch and marker samples.
  • Assisting with seasonal launch preparation, coordinating product information, CADs and presentation materials.
  • Preparing and updating pricing information for new, replacement and carry-forward styles.
  • Supporting range development activities, including product set-up, line lists and action tracking.
  • Helping to manage product information for swing tickets and marketing bullet points.
  • Attending meetings, taking notes and ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
  • Building strong relationships across Product, Design, Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Identifying and escalating potential risks, blockers or missing information to ensure deadlines are met.

As Our Future Product Assistant, You Will Have

  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and hit deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately with product, pricing and sample information
  • Confident using PLM, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving product environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with product ranges, samples, buying, merchandising or retail processes is beneficial.
