About The Role

At AO, we’re passionate about leveraging technology to drive business transformation, and we’re developing an ERP strategy centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365. We’re looking for a skilled D365 Functional Analyst with strong expertise of the Finance module to help us optimise our financial processes and systems.

In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, design solutions, and help deliver high-impact ERP functionality, whilst working with the latest D365 technologies across Finance, Warehouse Management, and Human Resources. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, analysing processes, and delivering functional improvements to drive operational efficiency and system reliability. You’ll be part of a growing ERP team, contributing to the development of our technology ecosystem while championing best practices and continuous improvement. Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Gather requirements, engaging with stakeholders and shadowing workshops to understand business needs and pain points
  • Supervising / delivering functional design activities internally and alongside our preferred partners.
  • Being able to configure the system and challenge back to the partner to adhere to best practice for successful delivery
  • Work with Technical and Operations team in the delivery of projects to support the business and its customers
  • Provide support to customers / end users when needed
  • Undertake presentations and demonstrations to protype the future solution
  • Producing / Supporting training workshops to increase knowledge and buy in from end users across the business and colleagues across Tech
  • Testing detailed functional components for business solutions and producing prototypes to ensure business processes work effectively.
  • Work with Technical and Operations team in the delivery of projects to support the business and its customer.
  • Also, a requirement to be on-call a maximum of 1 week per month

A Few Things About You

  • Knowledge of Finance / Supply Chain Management / Retail to deliver and support the expansion of the D365 F&O ERP system.
  • Good attention to detail and investigation skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative without supervision whilst contributing and participating to the team.
  • Ability to manage workload and time according to SLA’s
