The role of Customer Service Representative:

• Supporting customers with orders from initial enquiry through to aftercare
• Providing quotations and taking orders from customers and processing onto the system
• Working with external parties and couriers to ensure orders go out quickly and efficiently
• Handling a variety of customer queries over telephone and email
• Having consultative conversations and identifying further sales opportunities
• Promoting products and services best suited for each customer

The ideal Customer Service Representative:

• Previous sales administration, order processing, or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and confident over the telephone
• A keen eye for detail and good organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering the best level of customer care
• An excellent team player
