The role

Join our Team - Are you passionate about helping people and delivering excellent customer experiences? We are looking for a resilient and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our busy and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced service where no two days are the same. You will play a vital role in supporting customers, solving problems and making a real difference to people's experience of our services.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, guidance and support across a wide range of enquiries and services. You will work across telephone, email and face-to-face channels, helping customers resolve issues quickly and efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
