About you:
- Greeting all customers as they arrive at our Branch and actively providing a high level of premium customer service
- Recording feedback from our customers to enhance future rental experiences
- Correctly and accurately measuring car damage and detection
- Managing customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle damage
- Responsible for preparation, valeting, refuelling and ensuring vehicles are to a high standard
- Ensuring vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner
About the department:
As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
