Contract Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication across all areas of the organisation's operations
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and a high quality of service are maintained at all time
  • Maintain and audit the relevant IT system/s
  • Ensure all enquiries are investigated, resolved and answered promptly within the Customer Service guidelines of a 5 day resolution time
  • Make decisions on and process customer requests for direct issues, special picks and emergencies, liaising with all associated departments
  • Act as a point of contact between internal departments and customers, ensuring information is disseminated to both

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Experience of working in a customer service function with both Web and telephone enabled CRM systems
  • Experience of dealing with customers all over the country
  • Experience of using Customer Relationship Management software / programs
  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
  • Strong level of IT literacy skills - Systems and Microsoft packages
  • For this job you will be required to go through a Metropolitan Police Security Clearance Check and a Basic Criminal Record Check
