About The Role

We are 4Com; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a conscientious Customer Service Administrator to join the team on 1st July..

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will arrange for 4Com services to be installed into our new customers and arrange the transfer of their existing service providers across to 4Com. Working closely with our suppliers you will provide our customers with excellent support and a seamless installation experience.

  • Have strong customer service skills as well as high level administration.
  • Possess IT skills and have a working knowledge of Windows-based packages.
  • Be able to work as part of a team, maintaining a good supportive relationship with team members and all other staff.
  • Hold a positive attitude and a ‘can do’ attitude to all tasks presented to them

What would I be doing as a Customer Service Administrator at 4Com?

  • As a Onboarding Administrator you will be the first point of contact on the customers journey when being onboarded to the 4Com Network.
  • You will be arranging new services to be installed and arrange the transfer of existing services from other providers into the 4Com Network
  • You will be working closely with our suppliers and ensuring they provide the customer with a seamless installation experience
  • Ensuring all services are provisioned and the customer is kept up to date with the progress of their installation and making them aware of any delays or problems that occur.
