Are you an organised and proactive administrator who loves delivering outstanding customer service?
We're recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking company that supplies premium, high-end products, and they're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their close-knit and friendly team.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the service department - liaising with engineers, handling customer queries, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating and communicating with service engineers

  • Booking and managing service diaries

  • Regularly updating and supporting customers

  • Providing accurate service updates and handling queries

  • Producing reports and general administrative support

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • A high level of attention to detail

  • Confident communicator - both written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Sage knowledge would be a bonus
