We’re looking for a fantastic CRM Assistant on a 3 Month FTC to join our team at Head Office and play a key role in supporting customer engagement, member communications and campaign delivery.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fast‑paced retail environment, partnering with internal teams and external suppliers to support CRM campaigns, deliver against business KPIs and help bring engaging, customer-first communications to life.
What you’ll do
- Support the briefing, build and testing of CRM campaigns, ensuring a customer-first approach
- Assist with the creation, proofing and testing of email and CRM creative
- Carry out till testing for upcoming member promotions to ensure accuracy and smooth execution
- Support the preparation and analysis of campaign performance and email results
- Liaise with external suppliers to help ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery
- Work closely with the CRM team and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on track
- Assist with day-to-day CRM activity to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support all customer communications across the business
- Produce accurate reporting to support campaign performance and decision-making
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes and activity
- Ensure compliance with data protection, GDPR and internal processes
- Support the wider team and take on additional duties as required
What you’ll bring
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all campaign activity
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external suppliers
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- An interest in CRM, marketing or customer communications (experience a bonus, but not essential)
- Ability to stay organised and deliver to deadlines in a busy environment
