Hours: Full-time Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
We are currently seeking an experienced credit controller to join our Head Office Sales Ledger team based in Hamilton.
What You Will Do
Regularly communicating with customers to maintain an up to date ledger
Liaising with management to ensure any problems are dealt with efficiently
Ensure all systems are updated regularly to help with all accounting aspects
Contact customers in a professional manner to obtain payment for accounts
Ensuring accounts are paid within the agreed credit terms
Your Skills & Experience Will Include
Previous experience in credit control is essential (minimum 2 years)
Proficient in Excel and good IT skills
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Work well within a team environment
Organised and able to use own initiative to prioritise work
Knowledge of Kerridge system is preferred but not essential
