YOUR NEW ROLE...
As our Creative Services Executive, you’ll play a central role in keeping work flowing across the creative services team. You’ll coordinate resource planning, manage incoming requests, and help ensure motion graphics and static signage projects are delivered on time, to brief, and to the required technical standards for key UK football partnerships and wider SPORTFIVE clients.
You’ll be a key part of the operational hub that connects creative, partnerships, sales, production, finance, operations and logistics. Working closely with the Creative Services Manager, you’ll help improve workflows, maintain quality control across LED and creative files, and support the team with practical, hands-on coordination where needed.

YOUR NEW ROLE...
As our Creative Services Executive, you’ll play a central role in keeping work flowing across the creative services team. You’ll coordinate resource planning, manage incoming requests, and help ensure motion graphics and static signage projects are delivered on time, to brief, and to the required technical standards for key UK football partnerships and wider SPORTFIVE clients.
You’ll be a key part of the operational hub that connects creative, partnerships, sales, production, finance, operations and logistics. Working closely with the Creative Services Manager, you’ll help improve workflows, maintain quality control across LED and creative files, and support the team with practical, hands-on coordination where needed.
Key Responsibilities...
- Manage the flow of creative work across the team, balancing priorities, allocating resource and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and to brief.
- Own the creative request process from intake to delivery, making sure briefs are complete, work is accurately tracked, and stakeholders are kept informed throughout.
- Work closely with creative, partnerships, sales, production, finance, operations and logistics teams to coordinate activity and support smooth project delivery.
- Review workflows and ways of working, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and help implement practical process improvements.
- Maintain strong quality and operational standards across creative assets, including file management, naming conventions, technical checks and LED file quality control.
- Provide hands-on support where needed, including file conversion, resizing and other practical coordination tasks that help the team deliver effectively.
- Proven experience in a creative traffic, studio coordination or resource management role.
- Strong knowledge of traffic management processes and best practice within a creative or production environment.
- The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and keep a dynamic pipeline of work moving effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and a highly structured approach to planning.
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on improving workflows and driving positive process change.
- A solid understanding of motion graphics and creative production workflows.
- Experience using Asana would be an advantage.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, would be beneficial.
- A collaborative approach and a proven ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business.
- Excellent time management and a detail-focused, diligent approach to work.
