Previous experience at a B2B technology company would be preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, product-led growth, PR/communications, BD, and sales to understand requirements and meet business objectives.
  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with campaign goals.
  • Equally as comfortable designing animated graphics for video production.
  • Brand ambassador and steward for all aspects of visual design.
  • Create compelling experiences that inspire and engage users.
  • Identify creative routes to take and lead their implementation.
  • Manage external design agency.
  • Lead the management of design systems and version control.
  • Work simultaneously across multiple briefs, ranging from asset design to animations, wireframes, and user flows.
  • Adjust design approaches based on key learnings and trends.
  • Align with the content marketing strategy to create impactful designs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in evolving assets based on KPI reporting and feedback.
  • Develop a solid understanding of our target audiences across the market segments the business sells into and adapt design accordingly.
  • Advise on how to modernize the function to match our ambition.

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years’ experience in an agency or b2b design role.
  • An impressive portfolio showing the development of concepts through to execution.
  • Experience building successful design systems.
  • Excellent project management, time management skills.
  • Awareness of news and trends which could influence our approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with internal clients and manage external suppliers.
  • Experienced in using AI tools for image and video generation.
