Contract type: Full time
We're Hiring: Creative Designer – Luxury Fashion

Do you dream in silhouettes, live for textures, and speak the language of luxury through unforgettable design?

We’re looking for a visionary Creative Designer to join our team and help define the next chapter of our luxury ready-to-wear brand.

In this pivotal role, you’ll blend hands-on design with brand storytelling—shaping collections that reflect the spirit of empowerment and modern elegance. From sketch, drape or sample, you’ll create iconic pieces that celebrate women, elevate detail, and inspire confidence in every woman who wears them.

This is your chance to bring bold ideas to life in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment where creativity isn’t just encouraged—it’s essential.

If you have an eye for detail, and thrive in the world of luxury fashion, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design original, stand out pieces for seasonal collections—from initial concept through to final sample—capturing the bold empowering designs at the heart of Nadine Merabi.
  • Curate compelling mood boards, colour palettes, and fabric stories that embody our signature style and reflect the evolving vision of the brand.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams across Product Development, Production, and Marketing to bring each collection to life with precision and passion.
  • Research global trends, cultural shifts, and style movements to spark fresh ideas and keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure every design reflects luxury, quality, and the unmistakable Merabi identity, down to the last detail.
  • Contribute creatively to the development of look books, collection overviews, and product architecture to support storytelling and commercial alignment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • We’re looking for a bold, outside-the-box thinker—someone who thrives on innovation, dares to stand apart from the crowd, and designs with the unapologetic confidence to make women feel nothing short of extraordinary.
  • A portfolio or your sample collections that shows off your creativity, craftsmanship, and inspiring pieces.
  • Knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and finishing techniques
  • The ability to assess the drape and silhouette of garments through toile fittings, ensuring fabric behaviour aligns with the intended design, fit, and movement.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills – you're a team player with a bold vision.

Why Join Us?

Step into a world where creativity meets purpose. At NADINE MERABI, you'll collaborate with visionary creatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, helping to shape collections that are seen on A-list celebrities, global red carpets, and our Merabi Community.

Our statement designs are crafted with intention—celebrating the smallest of details and created to empower the women who wear them.

As part of our team, you'll be immersed in a brand that champions innovation, artistry, and excellence at every stage—from the very first sketch to the final stitch. Our mission is clear: To design for women, to celebrate women, and to uplift them through unapologetically confident fashion.

If you believe in the power of design to inspire and empower, we’d love for you to be part of this journey.

Our Purpose: To celebrate bold, empowering design and to spark confidence in every woman who wears MERABI.
