About The Role
As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the release of finished pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic products within their approved specifications. You'll work closely with Contract Manufacturers, Supply Chain, and distribution partners to support and resolve non-conformances that impact Contract Manufactured finished products.

Join Our Team as a Contract Manufacturing Specialist!
About The Role
As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the release of finished pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic products within their approved specifications. You'll work closely with Contract Manufacturers, Supply Chain, and distribution partners to support and resolve non-conformances that impact Contract Manufactured finished products.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion Quality Culture: Foster a quality-driven environment within Supply Chain, GMS, and R&D teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with key stakeholders both internally and at Contract Manufacturers.
- Support 3PL Warehouses: Address quality-related issues with Contract Manufactured finished products.
- Certificates of Analysis: Provide CofAs for stakeholders as needed.
- Product Release: Ensure finished products meet approved specifications before release.
- Non-Conformance Management: Document, investigate, and resolve non-conformances through the Agile system.
- Complaint Investigation: Assist in probing adverse complaints related to Contract Manufactured products.
- Metric Reporting: Support the reporting of monthly metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvements.
- Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proactive: You plan ahead and take initiative.
- Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills to make accurate, timely decisions.
- Relationship Builder: Foster strong multi-functional relationships.
- Adaptable: Respond positively to change.
- Experience: Proven experience in Quality Assurance within regulated industries is desirable.
- Education: Background in science or engineering.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP/GDP, ISO22716, and/or ISO13485 is a plus.
- Safety First: Support safety as a top priority.
- Awareness: Understand and follow all Health & Safety instructions.
- Reporting: Report accidents or near misses to the Health & Safety Manager.
- Impactful Work: Play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of essential products.
