What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
  • Taking ownership of customer conversations and driving positive outcomes.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements in line with company policies.
  • Building rapport quickly and influencing customers to reach mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Accurately recording customer interactions and actions on our systems.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets.
  • Identifying vulnerable customers and ensuring appropriate support is provided.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Experience in a contact centre isn't essential - we'll provide full training. What matters most is your attitude and drive to succeed.
