• Greet our guests with a warm welcome.
• Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and services.
• Sharing your knowledge of the area and suggesting the right places for guests to visit while staying.
• Assist guests with arrands and arranging special requests.
• Main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay, providing outstanding customer service.
• Promptly and courteously addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns of our guests.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
