We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance/Assurance Manager working remotely but extensive travelling across England. Please note, full Driving License is essential.
The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday

What You Will Do
- Undertake Assurance audits in a timely manner, ensuring all requirements are met throughout audit.
- Communicate and work with Delivery Managers to ensure statutory and Mandatory Compliance is always met.
- Deliver Compliance training where necessary offering technical support and advice.
- Help to maintain standards as set out in the Service Level Agreement.
- Communicate and escalate problems and concerns promptly through line management ensuring quick resolution.
- Attend meetings with Client and colleagues where required.
- Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across all contracts.
- Able to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance.
- Clear, confident communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Good report writing skills and computer literacy.
- Team player with an enthusiastic and flexible attitude with a pro-active approach
- Self-motivated and creative
- Previous experience of working within the Facilities/Estate management arena.
- Team management, working on own initiative, understand deadlines and priority.
