You will lead and execute testing activities aligned to the firm's highest risk areas, identifying control gaps and supporting effective remediation. This role offers exposure to complex risk topics and collaboration across multiple functions. You will contribute to a consistent, efficient, and high‑quality testing approach that supports regulatory and firmwide expectations

Job responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive compliance and operational risk testing activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with key risk priorities
- Analyze processes and controls to identify coverage gaps and assess whether controls are appropriately designed and implemented
- Apply structured problem‑solving to interpret policies, address complex scenarios, and ensure alignment with technical and regulatory standards
- Plan, organize, and manage testing activities, including prioritization of deliverables and deadlines
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate testing efforts and maintain effective communication
- Interpret control evaluations, ratings, and metrics to support risk identification and informed decision‑making
- Drive continuous improvement of testing methodologies and control assessment practices
- Escalate material issues and risks with clear articulation and sound professional judgment.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience executing and managing compliance, operational risk, audit, or control testing activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and identify key risk indicators
- Proven capability to evaluate control environments and identify design or effectiveness gaps
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams or departments
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently or oversee the work of others when required
- Proficiency in applying project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings clearly
