Complex Care HCA – Your Role
As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant for Innovate Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of our male twin clients in Aylesbury.
You’ll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting our client at a time in this stable, long-term role.
Requirements
To be eligible, you must be a strong swimmer with a bubbly and engaging personality. You will support with the below care requirements:
- Cerebral palsy
- Dystonia
- Oral suctioning
- PEG feeding
- Oxygen therapy
- Seizure management

- At least 12 months of complex care experience
- Experience with complex needs would be advantageous
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence

- Hold an understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
