We have an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses (Band 5) to join the North Hull Nursing and Conditions community team.
Various hours are available, inclusive of full time and part time hours.
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Registered Nurses to work within our community nursing team, to provide holistic high quality nursing care to patients within their own homes. The successful applicants should be a first level registered nurse with excellent communication skills. Previous experience of community nursing is not essential and each successful candidate will have a named supervisor and an individually tailored development plan.
CHCP CIC is committed to developing its clinical workforce and therefore offers the successful candidate opportunities for further study and career progression. You will be joining dynamic and proactive nursing teams which working in partnership with associated health and social care providers.
