Commis Chef
We are currently seeking a Commis Chef to join our Kitchen brigade and play a vital role in the creation of dishes in our 3 Rosette Restaurant; the Cliveden Dining Room. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs and contribute to the creation of exquisite culinary delights. We are looking for an individual with a passion for cooking, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Our Ideal Candidate Should
- Have a genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts and a strong interest in developing culinary skills
- Work closely with our kitchen team, assisting in various aspects of food preparation and presentation
- Embrace a hands-on approach, actively contributing to the creation of delightful dishes
- Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the high standard of quality in culinary offerings
- Show eagerness to learn and adapt to the dynamic kitchen environment
- Display a keen interest in continuous improvement of culinary techniques
- Be proactive and quick-thinking, contributing to the success of the culinary team and the overall dining experience at Cliveden House

- £6,500 estimated annual Tronc (non-contractual)
