Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team.

The Commis Role

The Commis Chef is responsible for all the mise-en-place and dishes within the kitchen. This kitchen is responsible for Rotunda Lounge & Bar, In-Room Dining, Banqueting, and overseeing the Staff Cafeteria team.

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience or culinary training, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation.
• Works well as part of a team and supports senior chefs when required.
• Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
