Package Description
Do you want to be part of an organisation that really values your dedication to our business and our customers? Do you thrive in fast paced environment where no two days are the same?
If you have burning desire to achieve incredible results – and if you're someone that doesn't just meet goals but smashes through them, then EMR could be exactly what you’re looking for.

A key aspect of your role as a Commercial Administrator will be to work with internal and external customers, not just ensuring their account set-up and administrative needs are supported but building relationships with them to secure EMR as their supplier of choice, including working to clear SLA’s on quote and delivery updates. Collaboration will be a cornerstone of this role, as you work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
You’ll act as an ambassador for our company, promoting our brand and values, and driving customer loyalty.
What You Will Be Doing
You ideally bring over 3 years of experience in customer administration, service, and account management, with a proven ability to meet SLAs, drive high service standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You have a solid understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs, and work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.
