Want a role where you genuinely make a difference every single day?

We’re looking for caring, motivated individuals to support young people (16–25) with visual impairment and complex needs within our residential college setting, helping them build independence, confidence, and life skills.

This is a hands-on support role, working closely with young people during their evening routines and activities.

About you:

  • Kind, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting others
  • Comfortable providing hands-on care, including personal care
  • A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to work flexibly and use your initiative

No two evenings are the same, one day you might be supporting a cooking session, the next helping someone attend a social activity or develop new life skills.

  • Part Time: Mon–Thurs, 15:30–22:30 (38 weeks per year)
