Clinical Support Worker (Senior Healthcare Assistant) - Martha's Rule
Full time - 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday
Cross-site working is required, with shifts likely to be across both Peterborough City Hospital and Hinchingbrooke Hospital within the same working week.
For Band 3 appointments: NVQ / QCF Level 3 in a health-related subject or demonstrable equivalent experience supported by completion of a competency-based clinical skills framework
Interviews will be held face to face at Peterborough Hospital.

We have an exciting fixed term or secondment opportunity for a Martha’s Rule Support Worker to help patients, families, carers and staff raise concerns about deterioration and feel confidently heard.
This role is central to strengthening patient safety, supporting early escalation, and fostering psychological safety across our wards and departments.
