Clinical Psychologist - #188740

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

• Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care.
• Design and deliver training to staff on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and therapeutic interventions.
• Lead formulation of pupils’ difficulties, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and implement evidence-based therapies such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT.
• Assess psychological needs, plan and evaluate interventions, and monitor outcomes.
• Support inclusive practices, promote pupil engagement, and contribute to EHCP development and reviews.
• Work closely with education staff to develop tailored strategies aligned with pupils’ needs.
  
  

Qualifications include HCPC registration, with experience in supporting neurodiverse and vulnerable pupils preferred. The role offers full-time, part-time, or permanent options with benefits.
