Clinical Psychologist - #187661

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

• Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and pastoral care.
• Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Lead formulation and collaborate with therapy and education teams to develop tailored support plans.
• Use evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA) to promote psychological wellbeing.
• Assess pupils’ needs, evaluate interventions, and contribute to EHCP development and reviews.
• Promote inclusion, resilience, and self-esteem among pupils through collaborative approaches.
  
  

Requirements include HCPC registration, experience with autism and developmental delays preferred, and UK work authorisation. This full-time, part-time, or permanent role offers up to £44,738.50 annually, with benefits including pension, on-site parking, and store discounts.
