We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.
- Provide high-quality emotional and psychological support to enhance classroom learning and wellbeing.
- Design and deliver staff training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches and psychological interventions.
- Lead formulation and oversee therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT (excluding ABA), ensuring evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with Education and Therapy Teams to develop and implement tailored interventions aligned with EHCPs.
- Assess pupils' needs, evaluate outcomes, and produce reports for EHCP reviews.
- Promote inclusion, resilience, and emotional wellbeing across the school.
- Maintain HCPC registration and relevant UK work authorization.
