Clinical Effectiveness Lead | Clinical Governance | Private Hospital | The Montefiore Hospital | Part Time 22.5 hrs per week | Permanent | Hove

Spire The Montefiore Hospital are looking for a Clinical Effectiveness Lead to join their dedicated Clinical Governance Team. In this role you will work with the Clinical Governance Manager to support the delivery of clinically effective care to our patients.

Spire Montefiore Hospital is a premium provider of private healthcare in Hove- East Sussex. We practice some of the most advanced treatments with the latest generation imaging and diagnostic technology. This means we can offer everything from screening, rehabilitation and cutting-edge surgical procedures across a variety of specialist treatments which are all delivered through our expert and caring clinical teams.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services, Clinical Governance & Risk Manager and relevant others (such as service leads and other members of the clinical governance team) to lead on clinical effectiveness across the hospital.
  • Work in accordance with Spire Healthcare’s Clinical Effectiveness and Outcomes Framework to drive the hospital towards mastery in all areas, and maintain the same.
  • Provide expert leadership in relation to clinical effectiveness.
  • Develop effective collaborative working relationships with hospital teams.
  • Create and maintain links with relevant national leads and networks.
  • Act as an exemplary, positive and inspiring role model in pursuit of clinical effectiveness.
  • Work effectively as a team player maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Demonstrate improvements in team performance and service delivery.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience within a Healthcare setting
  • Experience in leadership and change management
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams to influence behavioural changes, even in the face of resistance
  • Developing effective solutions to achieve organisational objectives
  • Able to manage multiple projects/programmes of work
  • Chairing effective meetings
  • Registered Healthcare Professionals with active NMC or HCPC registration is highly desirable
