This is an exciting time in NHS Highland with the strategy to move to a full Electronic Patient Record (EPR) across Health and Social Care commencing. The eHealth Department are looking to recruit a full time, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join their Clinical eHealth Facilitation Team to support this as a Clinical eHealth Support Officer.
Working with healthcare professionals across the Board, the post holder will provide hands-on specialist support and guidance with both clinical equipment and the accessing of clinical applications within clinical areas. This supportive post ensures that installed equipment is working to its optimum performance and that users can access clinical systems to gain maximum benefit from eHealth systems.
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, values the importance of teamwork and has a clear understanding of exceptional customer service.
