As an organisational and emergency department we are pleased to be advertising a number of clinical and non-clinical roles as part of our ongoing new build and development of the urgent and emergency care services. We are currently in the final weeks of the £30 million investment and development of a brand new purpose built Emergency Department, which comprises of an 8 bedded resus area, Rapid Assessment Triage and ambulance handover area, 35 clinical rooms including a paediatric area, 2 triage rooms and a dedicated area with 6 clinical rooms for the Urgent Care Service, the new build will provide the right environment to see and treat patients attending with an emergency or urgent complaint ensuring they are seen in the right place, by the right person whilst maintaining national emergency care standards.

• To work clinically with staff within the Emergency department and as required provide clinical teaching sessions
• Promote effective partnership working with all key stakeholders both internally and externally to the trust
• Work as part of the team with other senior colleagues in the development and delivery of Education that highlights best practice, quality and enhancement of practice learning within the trust
• To lead by example in regard to professionalism including attitudes, conduct and appearance
• Ensure that all clinical practice delivered by staff is in accordance with trust policies, procedures and guidelines, and that staff adhere to the relevant Professional code
