At Tivoli Chiropractic Clinic, we take the time to get to know our patients and understand their lifestyle, so we can provide the most effective patient-specific treatment plan for their personal conditions. We follow a unique approach by offering an honest, extremely caring environment, giving holistic advice on how we can help and encourage patients to make positive changes to help themselves.
The family-run, multi-disciplinary practice was opened in October 2018 offering high standards of tailored care to help patients move and feel better. This philosophy continues in how we care for our staff too.
The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for our patients, who are often in pain when they arrive for treatment and need to feel that they are being looked after, whilst ensuring on-going admin and tasks are completed for smooth running of the clinic. You will also provide support to practitioners throughout the day as required.
This role includes:
Triaging patients to make sure they are seeing the most suitable practitioner;
Organising busy clinic diaries;
Answering patient queries in-person, on the phone or via email;
Taking payments; maintaining stock levels;
Helping with marketing and events;
Reviewing referral letters and general administration;
Laundering clinic towels;
Ensuring a clean environment within the clinic;
Overseeing our clinic newsletter and social media presence.

Confidence with technology, ability to operate an Apple MAC is desirable.
