This is an exciting opportunity within Outpatient Services, Ambulatory Care Division based at the Queens Medical Centre Campus and the new Leengate Building covering the reception for Outpatients, Therapies, Rehabilitation and Orthotics . The Clinic Receptionists core working hours are Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm, with the occasional evening clinics which may require you to finish later. You will have excellent customer service skills and be committed to providing a first class service to all our patients

You must be educated to GCSE standard, possess excellent communication skills and be competent in the use of computers systems including Microsoft packages and Medway PAS .
The shifts will be on a Rota basis depending on the department needsMain duties of the job

Using Careflow PAS and other relevant booking systems you will arrange follow-up appointments and update details accurately and efficiently. You’ll have excellent communication skills and will deal appropriately with enquires both by telephone and in person.

Essential criteria
- To be educated to ‘O’ level, GCSE or equivalent
- Experience of Microsoft packages

- To possess 5 GCSE A-C passes including English and Maths or equivalent

Salary: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
