At WorkNest Secure, our Client Managers are responsible for looking after a portfolio of client accounts, helping to build strong relationships while supporting customer retention and account growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has some experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a client-facing role and is looking to take the next step in their career. This role offers a structured development pathway, providing the opportunity to work alongside experienced members of the Client Management team while building your own portfolio of accounts. You'll receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and hands-on experience to develop your relationship management, commercial, and account management skills. As your confidence and expertise grow, you'll take on greater responsibility, with clear opportunities to progress your career within WorkNest Secure.
