Position:

Location: Field based to support our client based across the South of England.

Salary: £28,000 plus generous commission incentives

Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

We’re expanding our commercial teams and seeking motivated client engagement professionals to drive growth across the South of England. In this field-based role, you will enhance lead generation, maximize campaign effectiveness, and improve client retention through exceptional service.

If you're results-driven, experienced in B2B sales, and skilled at engaging stakeholders at both site and senior levels, we want you to join our team and help promote the value of apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase volumes of learners across a portfolio of clients and key accounts contributing towards to overall target for learner starts
  • Build strong relationships with clients at site and senior levels
  • Promote apprenticeships and training solutions, demonstrating ROI
  • Remain up to date with sector industry trends and development within the Learning and Development and funding arena
  • Drive learner volumes across a client portfolio
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation and sales
  • Ability to engage at both site and senior levels
  • Commercially aware, with knowledge of the further education sector (desirable)
  • Confident, approachable, and self-motivated
  • IT literate (MS Office and CRM systems)
  • Full driving license and ability to travel nationally
  • Flexibility for overnight stays where required
