Client Care Advisor - #194209

Vets for Pets

Date: 3 weeks ago
City: Weymouth
Contract type: Full time

Are you the kind of person who thrives when the phones are ringing, the waiting room is full and no two days look the same?

We're looking for an enthusiastic Client Care Advisor to join our established small animal practice in Weymouth. We value teamwork, positivity and people who bring fresh ideas and an open mind. For over a decade we've cared for local pets and their people, with our team of 3 full-time Client Care Advisors having worked together for the last five years.

This is a busy, fast-paced front-of-house role. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients – managing a high volume of calls, greeting clients and pets, booking appointments, processing payments and helping keep the practice running smoothly. You'll need to love multitasking, stay calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy helping people and pets.

We're particularly excited to hear from candidates who are confident with technology, who embrace new systems and actively looks for smarter ways of working – helping us integrate digital solutions, streamline processes and improve efficiency across the practice.

If you're organised, proactive, great with people and excited by the opportunity to help shape how a modern veterinary practice operates, we'd love to hear from you.

Full time role including 1:3 Saturdays. Previous receptionist experience essential.

Benefits

In return, we offer such benefits as 20% discount at the Vet Group, Pets at Home and the Groom Room, access to discounts and cashbacks, in-house career development opportunities, pension and holiday allowance.

Location: DT4 7BG

We take our inspiration from pets in embracing people from all walks of life, and we value, respect and celebrate difference. We encourage our people to be their best selves so that we can create a better world for Pets, our Planet, and People. Our ambition is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and we are intentional in addressing and removing barriers to create opportunities for the exceptional talent and potential in our communities. Even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly align, if you think you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we want to hear from you!
