About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact via phone and front-of-house reception
- Greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms
- Supporting client dealing and processing tasks
- Completing a range of administrative duties
- Working closely with advisers and support teams
- A natural people person who enjoys client-facing work
- Someone who works well in a collaborative, team-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in administrative or client support roles
- Someone who wants to grow and develop within a supportive business
- The team is expanding due to growth and increased workload
- Opportunity to start quickly

- Full-time office-based during probation
