Cleaning Site Supervisor required at Great Moor House

Sowton, Devon - EX2 7NL

£15.31/hour, equivalent to £31,851.27 pro rata (based on a 40 hour working week)

Part Time

15 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 4:30pm-7:30pm

Devon Norse work in collaboration with Devon County Council, partnering with a number of public and private sector clients across the South West to deliver a portfolio of commercial services.

We are currently looking to recruit a Cleaning Site Supervisor to operate at as part of our commercial cleaning team.

In this role, you will be supporting the management of our local cleaning contracts, providing support to on-site team with the review of operational performance against the expected hygiene levels. You will be expected to engage with our client partners to develop our relationships, as well as ensuring you understand the required service level and can provide solutions if not being deliver.

You will be supported by the Area Manager and play an active role in the recruitment and development of our staff across a number of sites.

Your Experience;

We are looking for;

  • Experience within a commercial cleaning environment, ideally both from a hands-on and supervisory perspective
  • Proven ability to manage, lead and/or supervise staff across a number of sites
  • Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with colleagues and clients
  • Good eye for detail, capable of upholding and improving contractual standards
  • Knowledge of health and safety in a cleaning environment
