Job Information

This is a working Supervisor role to provide a high-quality cleaning service throughout Cornwall schools whilst supervising up to 25 cleaners

Main Duties

  • To supervise and lead a team up of to 25 cleaners across 5-6 primary and junior schools in a designated geographical area.
  • To complete accurate daily records of operational hours in accordance with the schedule and ensure all posts are covered during times of illness or holidays.
  • To ensure sufficient cleaning stocks are maintained on site and place timely orders so they do not run out.
  • To comply with the Company's Health and Safety strategy, policy and procedure and to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff pupils and visitors.
  • Must be flexible in working hours and able to change shifts when required for covering other Area Cleaning Supervisors and/or cleaning staff.

To participate in any training required to undertake the duties of the post
