- Guiding customers through their claims from first call to final settlement
- Creating strong, trusted connections with clients and insurers
- Championing the best outcomes for everyone involved
- Helping recover uninsured losses
- Keeping our admin organised and our service running smoothly
- Being a reassuring voice on our client helpline
- Supporting our Account Executives
