About the
roleWe’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Claims Administrator to join our growing team on a fixed term contract basis. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the claims journey, providing support to customers following road traffic incidents and helping ensure claims are handled efficiently, accurately and with care. doing· Managing First Notification of Loss (FNOL) and accurately recording claim d
etails· Supporting customers involved in road traffic incidents with empathy and professio
nalism· Reviewing and processing windscreen claims in line with po
licies· Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to progress
claims· Resolving issues proactively to maintain a positive customer expe
rience· Supporting performance targets and service standards through qualit
y work
