- Build deep relationships with customers and partners, ensuring exceptional standards and responsiveness.
- Understand the Bolt6 services and operational models and thrive with the challenge of delivering better services whilst lowering the cost base.
- Establish high-impact quality controls, guaranteeing that every product meets the demands of or exceeds elite sports and performance technology.
- Lead and inspire a world-class team, ensuring collaboration across functions and geographies.
- Constantly improve people, technology and processes to support expansion and operational success.
- Cultivate a high-energy, engaging, performance culture, ensuring Bolt6 attracts and retains top industry talent.
- Oversee large-scale projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective execution.
- Implement scalable structures that support rapid international expansion.
- Drive continuous improvement, optimising operations to stay ahead in a fast-evolving industry.
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to shape the company’s long-term vision.
- Align operations with commercial objectives, supporting revenue growth and global reach.
- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and partners, ensuring Bolt6 continues to thrive in an increasingly competitive market.
- Track record of success in COO, Head of Operations or leadership roles in technology, large-scale live events, or high-growth businesses.
- Experience leading global teams and large-scale projects, ensuring quality, cost, and efficiency excellence.
- Deep expertise in customer engagement, service delivery, and operational execution.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, driving clarity and action across the business.
- Passion for sports, technology and global impact, focusing on pushing boundaries and driving innovation.
