Publicis Health is seeking a strategic and visionary leader to fill the pivotal position of Chief Growth Officer (CGO). As CGO, you'll spearhead sustained year-on-year growth for PH UK, expanding our roster of 'brands' and enhancing the scope of existing ones.

In this dynamic role, you'll lead and work with the Business Development and External Engagement teams to craft and execute a comprehensive growth strategy. Your mission? To foster a cohesive approach to new opportunities and cultivate a robust pipeline for continued success. Moreover, you'll drive efforts to organically grow PH UK by expanding key clients into new agencies and disciplines.

We're seeking a strategic leader with a depth of knowledge of pharma clients, health agencies, and networks, along with a keen awareness of industry trends. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of PH UK, you'll partner with agency, discipline, and craft leaders to ensure every facet of our business is primed for growth and continued success.



What You'll Do:

Growth Through Breadth:

  • Develop and execute an end-to-end growth approach working with the Business Development and External Engagement leads.
  • Lead the integration of External Engagement and Business Development teams to create a cohesive growth powerhouse.
  • Build strong relationships with agency and discipline leads to showcase and imbed growth initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities beyond PH UK in collaboration with Publicis Groupe client leads and new business leads.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and client intelligence to identify new business targets and areas of differentiation.
  • Drive the creation of a robust new business pipeline and oversee marketing activities to target prospects effectively.

Client Growth Through Depth:

  • Expand existing client revenue across disciplines and agencies, through strategic and data-driven decision making.
  • Build strong relationships with identified clients and drive high-quality work to enable organic growth.
  • Identify and convert growth opportunities beyond current remit, leveraging a detailed understanding of client needs.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team for PH UK, shaping the vision, strategy, and execution for the Practice.
  • Manage Business Development and External Engagement teams, fostering a positive culture and recruiting top talent.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for people and client management, fostering an inclusive, ambitious culture.
  • Champion succession planning to identify, manage, and retain key talent.
