- Proven experience as a Chef Manager, ideally in contract catering or a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A genuine passion for food, service, and seasonal ingredients.
- Great communication and leadership skills—you inspire others with your energy.
- A track record of developing high-performing teams and creating a culture of engagement where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to excel.
- A strong sense of ownership and ability to manage client relationships.
- Confidence with budgets, stock control, and cost management.
