We’re looking for a Change & Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join our Change & Programme Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming how we work, leading innovative change initiatives and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take the lead on a wide range of change and improvement projects, working collaboratively across teams to deliver measurable impact. From initial scoping through to successful delivery, you’ll drive projects that truly make a difference.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of change initiatives on time, on budget, and to a high standard
  • Analysing data and working with insights teams to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Designing and implementing smarter, more efficient ways of working
  • Facilitating workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Supporting colleagues through training to build change capability across the business
  • Developing robust business cases and supporting strategic decision-making
  • Proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
  • Capturing benefits, sharing learning, and driving continuous improvement
  • Assisting a cross section of the business with providing clear and concise project initiation documentation and requirement specifications. (e.g. project justification, specification, ROI statements etc)

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.

Essential experience & skills:

  • Proven experience in project management and process mapping
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (including Project and Visio)
  • Experience developing business cases and delivering change initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems and think strategically
  • Confidence in leading workshops and presenting to diverse audiences

Desirable:

  • Experience within the housing sector
  • Knowledge of quality control, test management, or financial planning

Qualifications

  • GCSEs (including English and Maths)
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Lean/Six Sigma, or Business Process Modelling) are highly desirable
